The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Vision Viksit Bharat Policy & Research Center serves as the organization’s strategic and operational backbone, translating its vision into impactful action across India. It leads the development and execution of research initiatives, programs, and policy engagement efforts, ensuring they are aligned with Bharat’s priorities and grounded in evidence. By closely coordinating with state chapters and driving key national initiatives, the NEC fosters cohesion, consistency, and scale, enabling the organization to deliver meaningful policy insights and on-ground impact nationwide.

Vikrant Nirmala Singh is a Sr. Research Fellow at the School of Management, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India, where his research focuses on technology adoption, digital finance, public policy, and consumer behaviour. He holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, where he developed a strong foundation in economics, finance, and market systems. His academic work lies at the intersection of behavioural research, governance, and emerging financial technologies, with particular emphasis on digital public infrastructure, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), financial inclusion, and institutional trust in technology-enabled economic systems.
Beyond academia, Vikrant is an established research-based columnist and public intellectual, having contributed extensively to leading national newspapers, policy platforms, and public discourse forums on issues related to economics, governance, development, and socio-economic transformation. His writing combines analytical depth with policy relevance, making complex economic and institutional issues accessible to wider audiences.

Bhupendra Bharatiya is an active writer, advocate, and academic engaged in the fields of contemporary Hindi literature, law, and social thought. He earned his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and M.Phil. in Law from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He is currently working as an advocate, guest faculty member, and independent writer. His deep intellectual engagement with literature, society, politics, constitutional studies, religion, and spirituality has established him as a distinctive voice in contemporary discourse.
Bhupendra Bharatiya’s literary work spans poetry, satire, and socio-political commentary. More than 300 satirical writings by him have appeared in leading national publications. His writings reflect thoughtful perspectives on Indian society, democracy, culture, and public consciousness, contributing meaningfully to the intellectual discourse of “Vision Viksit Bharat.”

Dr. Krity Gulati is the serves as Professor of Marketing & Research, with her work focusing on consumer behaviour analytics, marketing strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. She holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour Analytics and an MBA with specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management, and is UGC-NET qualified, having developed a strong foundation in market systems, organizational behaviour, and strategic management. Her academic work lies at the intersection of behavioural research, digital ecosystems, and business innovation, with particular emphasis on consumer insights, digital marketing, data analytics, and technology-enabled transformation in contemporary markets. She has further strengthened her expertise through certifications as a Digital Marketing Strategist from IIM Bangalore and in Digital Transformation from Boston University, Massachusetts, reflecting her commitment to globally relevant and practice-oriented research.
Beyond academia, Dr. Krity actively contributes to institutional development, academic leadership, and industry–academia collaboration through workshops, training programs, and research initiatives. Her work emphasizes bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world application, fostering future-ready professionals, and contributing to the broader discourse on management, entrepreneurship, and economic development.

Dr. Shivesh Pratap is a technology management consultant, author, columnist and policy thought leader with over 15 years of experience in global supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing, human resource and operational excellence. He is currently serving as a Senior Fellow at SPMRF. An Electronics Engineer and alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, he is also a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by Indian Statistical Institute. He has advised leading global organizations like Accenture, HCL Technologies, Sapient Consulting, across the United States, Europe, APAC, and India operations on sustainability, energy efficiency, process optimization, digital transformation, and enterprise performance enhancement.
His multidisciplinary expertise bridges technology, management, governance, and innovation strategy, enabling institutions and businesses to align with future-ready and sustainable growth models. Through his writings, research contributions, and public policy engagements, he actively contributes to discourse on industry 4.0, governance reforms, industrial competitiveness, sustainability, digital economy, and emerging technology ecosystems.
